The Art of Yoga Practice (Mixed Levels)
We’ll
flow through a revitalizing series (vinyasa) of poses with breathing awareness and relaxation techniques for strength,
flexibility and balance throughout body and mind. This class incorporates movement, music, mindfulness, meditation...and
magic! Yoga experience recommended.
