Yoga for Beginners
A focus on yoga fundamentals — poses, breathing awareness and relaxation techniques that promote inner peace while bringing strength, flexibility, and balance to body, mind and spirit. Class size is small to promote individualized attention.

The Art of Yoga Practice (Mixed Levels)
We’ll flow through a revitalizing series (vinyasa) of poses with breathing awareness and relaxation techniques for strength, flexibility and balance throughout body and mind. This class incorporates movement, music, mindfulness, meditation...and magic! Yoga experience recommended.

Play Leads the Way Workshops
Discover your creative side with a playful, yet focused, flowing yoga practice based on Anusara yoga’s first universal principle: “opening to grace.” Some yoga experience recommended.

The Artist’s Way (Yoga & Creativity) (All levels)
Based on the works of Julia Cameron, we’ll explore creativity through journaling, readings, discussion, meditations, gentle yoga poses.
